Glucagon ELISA

The Glucagon ELISA was developed using polyclonal antibodies against glucagon (19 – 29), providing superior sensitivity and specificity. The assay employs synthetic pancreatic glucagon as the glucagon standard and biotinylated pancreatic glucagon as the labeled antigen for the measurement of rat, mouse or human glucagon in plasma. All kit components are included.
