Information
The ExcelRT™ Reverse Tranase is a recombinant Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (M-MLV) reverse tranase, a RNA dependent DNA polymerase capable of generating the first strand cDNA using RNA template.

The FluoroStain Protein Fluorescent Staining Dye is compatible to the analysis of mass spectra (Fig. 2), i.e. LC-MS/MS, MALDI-TOF, etc.

Unit definition
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will incorporate 1 nM of dTTP into acid-insoluble material in 10 minutes at 37°C using Poly(A)•oligo(dT)25 as template-primer.
